Prodiesa has many colors and finishes; ultra clear, clear, gray, bronze, painted, satin, green and blue. Thickness from 2mm to 12mm (2A to ½”) and sizes up to 2.60 x 3.66 m (102” x 144”)

Processing Capabilities

Prodiesa flat glass can be processed and finished in various ways, such as cutting, grinding, acid etching, drilling, beveling, edging, assembly on double glass, laminating, curving, and tempering to meet specific needs and requirements.

TEMPER-PRO

Temper-Pro Glass is a safe product that not only meets aesthetic requirements but also safety requirements, with high impact resistance and the way it breaks into small rounded fragments in the event of impact, reducing the risk of injury compared to traditional glass.

Applications

Temper-Pro Glass is used in a variety of applications that require extra strength and protection, including large public and private developments, suspended facades, doors, railings, stairs, shower screens, furniture, partitions, display racks, and other applications where security is a concern.

Features – Types and Thicknesses

It is made from glass of different colors, finishes and processes. In thicknesses ranging from 4mm to 19mm (5/32” to ¾”) and sizes up to 2.13 x 3.30 meters (83” x 129”).

Processing Capabilities

Temper-Pro® Glass can be laminated and assembled into frames for increased strength. It is certified by the SGCC (Safety Glazing Certification Council) and has four times greater resistance compared to annealed glass. However, once tempered, it cannot be cut, drilled, polished, ground or processed in a way that weakens its surface.

DOUBLE GLAZING

Insulated glass, also known as double glazing, is made up of two or three glass sheets sealed at the edges with a perimeter spacer filled with air or argon gas. This forms a single unit that is mounted on windows or walls. It improves energy efficiency by keeping out heat in summer and retaining heat in winter and offers good acoustic insulation. Using low emissivity or reflective glass further improves even more its performance.

Applications

Double glazing is traditionally used in buildings, hospitals, hotels, houses and places where it is required to balance the heating or cooling. The insulating glass is the most suitable for those places where you need to control humidity and temperature.

It is available in thicknesses from 3 mm to 12 mm (⅛” to ½”) and once assembled to 48mm. In sizes up to 2.40 x 3.10 meters (94” x 122”)

Processing Capabilities

The insulated glass is manufactured under specification, once assembled it should not be processed to avoid compromising its integrity.

SATIN-PRO GLASS

Satin-Pro® is the new satin glass from Prodiesa that just after its launch is well identified by the fine ultra-soft texture, the resistance to fingerprints and its cleanability. It is manufactured by a process unique in its class, with a production line designed exclusively for Prodiesa, leaving a surprisingly smooth finish that scatters light and seems to shine from within, making this product the first choice to bring style, brightness and privacy to any development.

Applications

It is ideal for delimiting spaces while maintaining privacy, this product is recommended for windows, doors, partitions, shower enclosures, roofs, walls, and others.

Satin-Pro ® is manufactured in thicknesses of 3-12 mm (⅛” to ½”) and in sizes up to 2.60 x 3.60 meters (102” x 144”).

Processing Capabilities

Satin-Pro ® can be tempered, drilled, beveled, edged or assembled in furniture, frames and double glazing (insulated glass units).

COLOR-DECO

This versatile product can be used for various applications such as backlighting, partitions, shower screens, furniture, tabletops, and wall cladding, among others. With its high-quality pigmented paint, Color-Deco is a durable and long-lasting product that can enhance the appearance of any space.

Applications

It is recommended for its use in building facades, hotels, casinos, airports, museums, housing developments and decorative products, as well as glass walls or «backsplash» in kitchens, where cleanliness, security and visual order are indispensable.

Color-Deco Exterior ®

With its ceramic paint it is integrated into the tempered technology, getting a product that in addition to updating spaces, is also a high-security element used by architects in facades and curtain walls of important buildings. It can be laminated and assembled into frames for greater impact resistance. Although once tempered, it can not be modified, cutted, drilled, polished or processed with any factor that weakens the surface.

Color-Deco Interior ®

This product is manufactured based on acrylic paint and does not has the tempering process, allowing it to be cutted, grinded, drilled, bevelled and edged. As an additional option you can attach a layer of Safety Tape CAT II the back of the glass, once adhered part can not be changed.
